Whiskey lovers rejoice! It’s time for the Baldamar+Willett specialty dinner! Five courses of over-the-top incredible dishes each paired with the perfect pour of a variety of high end Willett offerings! This specialty dinner will take place on August 23rd at 6pm sharp. $125 per person prior to tax and service fee. Advance payment is required.

Course 1: Root vegetable+arugula tossed in maple bourbon vinaigrette

Course 2: Bourbon soy glazed pork loin with Grana Padano potato crisps

Course 3: Coffee+ancho chili rubbed ribeye with poblano and corn puree

Course 4: Bread pudding with raisin, pecan and bourbon caramel

Course 5: Farewell dessert (we're keeping this one close to the chest...for now)
