Join us on Thursday, March 9th at 6p as we welcome guest Chef Anthony LaPanta! Best known for being the voice of the Minnesota Wild...but did you know he's also amazing in the kitchen?! LaPanta himself has comprised eight courses of Italian style delights that he will be cooking alongside our own Head Chef in Baldamar's kitchen! Imagine diving into fresh shrimp toast, roasted red pepper soup with crispy pancetta, fresh charcuterie, perfectly spiced vodka pasta, citrus risotto seabass, spinalis with red wine reduction...sounds pretty "Wild" to me.
